The NYONL Annual meeting is being held September 7-9, 2025 at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown.
The theme is: Nurse Leaders Transforming the Multi-Generational Workforce: Applying Skills from Education to Practice to Outcomes
The NYONL Annual Meeting and Leadership Conference will feature presenters discussing effective strategies for transforming members of a multi-generational workforce into high-performing, cohesive teams. Integration of rapidly advancing technology will be considered as we work to create innovative care models. And nurse leaders will learn the latest evidence outlining the value that nursing offers to patients and stakeholders, and how we can utilize that evidence to advance practice.
