Position Description

Looking for 2 Med-Surg Nurse Managers, Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12:30am.

These two brand new positions will support, supervise, and coach staff with the direction of a Nurse Director who maintains 24/7 responsibility. These positions will be unit based and oversee 3 dedicated units. If you are ready to advance from a charge nurse or preceptor role, to an entry level management position, this position could be your next step.

This is a very exciting time, as we are also just beginning a 4-5 year journey to achieve ANCC Pathway to Excellence, and will allow you to help establish a Shared Governance Model and contribute to this endeavor.
