On November 17, the New York State Assembly Standing Committees on Health, Higher Education and Labor held a hearing on the Effects of COVID-19 on the Delivery of Healthcare and the Healthcare Workforce. A ten-day open comment period followed the hearing. Today, NYONEL submitted the attached testimony on behalf our our members. The commentary includes information about the effects of COVID, and offers potential solutions.
