Governor Hochul Issues Executive Order 4.6, Continuing the Statewide Disaster Emergency due to Healthcare Staffing

The statewide emergency due to healthcare staffing has been extended for 30 days:

The EO continues provisions of EO 4.0, which allows out-of-state licensed caregivers,  extends non-patient-specific orders, and expands NP scope.
