S8869-Rivera (Surgical Smoke Bill) - Update

The Surgical Smoke Bill has passed the New York State Senate! Since it previously passed the Assembly, the next step is for it to go to Governor Hochul for signature or veto. We will inform members when that happens. so we can all continue to advocate.
